- At this stage, we listen carefully to your ideas and needs, such as your lifestyle and hobbies.
- Based on your requirements, we will work out a detailed plan.
- We will also provide the project milestones and an estimated completion time.
At this stage, we incorporate all your needs and preferences into our design blueprint and bring your ideas to life.
- We will work out a rough design blueprint and work with you further on your choices.
- A second blueprint with a 3D mock-up and sample materials will be provided to help you visualise your home.
- We will seek your endorsement before proceeding to the next stage.
Our work is not just about visualising, conceptualising and designing. Once the design concept is finalised, we will assist you in selecting specific interior finishes and materials.
- Each material has a specific characteristic that can help strengthen the design.
- During the selection process, our designers will continue to advise you on the aesthetics, user experience, maintenance needs, costs and prioritising of material choice.
As the actual renovation commences, we’ll take it upon ourselves to conduct close site supervision to ensure that all works progress smoothly.
- These include coordinating the entire renovation process, from demolition, build-up, electrical works, lighting, plumbing to custom-built furnishing.
- Regular updates will be sent to you for your ultimate peace of mind.

Honestly we were undecided if we should engage an ID or just manage the project ourselves..in the end, we decided to engage Calvin as he was patient with us throughout and we liked his ideas. Throughout the project, we talked openly about what our budget was vs what we could be done within the budget. He respected our views. But at times when he felt strongly for something, Calvin wouldn't hesitate to persuade us, e.g when we insisted on certain colours and Calvin advised that it would not turn out nice, and he was right.Calvin has several projects on hand, but will reply our questions after his meetings. His after sales service is also excellent. He was very prompt to help us with miscellaneous issues after the move in.

Engaged Space Identity to reno our first home. My husband and I were very excited and nervous. But I'm glad we chose Calvin who went through the ideas and concepts patiently with us. With our brief ideas discussed he came up with sketches and a 3D rendering before finalizing. Everything was a breeze from design concept, lightings, wall colours, our budget etc. He advises on what to look out for. Beside having a beautiful and cosy space to come home to, we wanted it to be practical. During the construction period we left everything to Calvin's care until the day of handover. Calvin came on the recommendation of a friend. He is responsive to my queries. Gave practical advice on ideas that we had. Had a few situations whereby I do not understand why certain things cannot be done but he was patient to explain the rationale behind.The contractors he had are professional and the workmanship is good. Where possible, he would do something extra for us. I would recommend him for any renovation you might have.
Calvin was the ID for my parents new home in 2020. He showed he has a eye for details. Hehelped my parents made wise choices for their renovation. We got along well and the great thing is that Calvin helped me conceptualise how the house could be (as I didn’t have a clear idea of what I really want) simply by getting to know me better, my personality and lifestyle, he managed to come up with great ideas. He constantly updated me on the progress and I never had to worry about anything. He always consulted me on important decisions and was honest and transparent about everything, especially when costs are involved. The customer service was great and it always felt like I was well taken care of throughout the process. He is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I’m happy with the end product. Even after handover we remain in touch and I could still seek advice or help if I needed. All in all, very trustworthy and delivers good work.
